There is a 15 minute grace period, if you are more than 15 minutes late an additional $35 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. You are more than welcome to continue with your session, however this will cut down on your session time and overall photo count. In the event you are wanting to continue with your remaining time stamped session, this decision is solely to your discretion and should be communicated as soon as possible. This option is only permitted under the circumstance the remaining balance has been issued prior to your arrival. Should your session require additional time exceeding the scheduled time, additional charges may apply if you are wanting continued service.

Please have hair and makeup done and be dressed upon arrival to your session. Unless discussed before hand.

Clients who are under the age of 18 must bring a legal guardian or parent to the photoshoot this is non-negotiable.

Photographer has the right to use any image taken during the session for marketing and branding purposes.

Our standard delivery time of the Jpeg watermarked images is 24-48hrs from the time of your session. We also recommend that you schedule your photoshoot 2 weeks prior to the date images are needed.

Final edits could take up to 5-10 business days ( Monday - Friday ) from the day that you select your photos to be edited to be returned depending on the work load. Photo manipulation edits could take up to 7-10 business days.

We currently offer 3 options for rushed edits: 24hr - $300, 48hrs - $250, 72 hrs - $200.

If the wrong image is chosen by client and the final edit has already been completed by photographer, a new fee will be attached to choosing the correct image for re-editing.

We currently offer 2 types of editing, which is standard and premium. Premium editing will be an additional charge.

Photographer is not responsible for providing any props and or accessories such as balloons, cake and confetti. In studio props would consist of backdrops, chairs, stools, and pose boxes. We encourage clients to provide any prop they deem beneficial to the photoshoot idea.

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for the fee.

Once a package is selected you are in an agreement to that package. Downgrading packages is not allowed but you do have the option to upgrade.

Photographer owns full copyright to all photos taken unless a written contract has been signed to release rights.
